    I contacted ****************** Services to come out and repair some wall sockets and replace some GFI sockets. ****** ****** came out and completed the job. While there Me. ****** told my Husband and I about the other services his company offered. At that time he said his company's name was The Property Masters, but the young lady that I initially spoke to informed me that I was dealing with a family owned business. I called ****** to get an estimate on repairing a leak that I had in my bathroom sink pipe. I agreed with the quote and set a date for the work to begin. On the day of the project ****** did not show so I called to see when should we expect him to arrive to the property. ****** said that he was tied up and was sending his worker *****. ***** showed up two hours later and did not have all the supplies needed to complete the job, so my Husband had to drive ***** to his house to get the parts he needed. After a few hours there ***** left again with someone he called to pick him up and take him to ********** for another part. He stayed away for another three hours, made you that my Husband took off from work for them to complete the job. ***** came backeck with another one of ******** worker to help him finish the job. The guys claimed the job *** complete drywalled the area without making sure that the leak was fixed. We paid ****** half of the **** before the job started $435 and gave ***** $400 before he left. ****** calls and says we owe him another $75 plus electric payment fee for the extra valve for the sink. We waited a couple of days to go back to the property to make sure the leak was fixed, and it wasn't. I called ****** to let him know that the issue was not resolved and he said he would come back out to investigate the issue and make sue his guys did the work correctly. We set a date and ****** did not show up as promised. On March 30, 2024 we called another company to come out and look at the pipe. Right away he fixed it

    I am rejecting this response because:

    ****** ****** said that he would come by the house at 12 noon, you can see clearly in his text that he never showed up.  He just kept saying that he was still coming.  My Husband and I left our rental property at 6:30 pm because we had to eat and get ready for work the next day.   We had been there since 11am without getting anything to eat because we were thinking that ****** would be there to fix what we was hoping a minor issue.  He should have told us in advance that he had to supervise a driveway  job.  We paid ****** for an incomplete job and will not recommend his company to anyone.

    8/15/2024 PE:  Email sent to consumer, ******* ****** inquiring about the case and if resolution reached.  If not, refund of $835 to be confirmed.

    8/22/2024 PE  Left vm including reason for the call, my name, direct dial number.  Request for call back.  If a message is left, provide additional information.

    8/30/2024 PE:  As of today, no response from the consumer.  I sent an email asking her to either call or email me.  I told her that this will be the last attempt at contacting her, that we cannot proceed without hearing back from her.  I gave her a deadline of 9/6/2024 to respond.

    9/5/2024 PE  ******* ****** (consumer) called me directly.  She said that she and the company have NOT come to any resolution on their own.  She is still wanting a refund of $835.00.  I'll reach out to the business and let them know that the complaint has moved on to mediation.

    9/5/2024 PE:  Reached out to the business owner, ****** ******.  Informed him that the case has been moved to mediation and that the consumer is looking for a refund of $835.  Asked for a response either by email or phone. 

    9/13/2024 PE:  Called the business and asked for a call back.  Reiterated that the complaint has moved to mediation, that I was assigned as the mediator.  Provided my name, and direct dial phone number.

    9/18/2024 PE:  Email sent to ****** ******, owner requesting a refund to the consumer of $835 as a sign of good faith.  Asked for a response to the email and if any questions, to call me directly.

    9/24/2024 PE: Spoke with the owner (male) ****** ******.  He said the consumers were charged for the work that they did.  The consumers were to call the company when the concrete work was done, and never called.  The consumers are asking for extra work or compensation for work that was not done.

    On Feb.10 the owner ******* at Property Masters called an texted me to get MY BUSINESS for Electrical work for my Chandelier in dining room and to add a GFCI outlet in kitchen, I also labeled 2 other sockets that needed to be tightened in kitchen. While there I showed him the kitchen ceiling fan. Showed him it was a new fan that my husband had installed. It worked with the remote. Fan came on slow, med, high speeds, also light went off an on. We have 2 switches in kitchen to operate the fan, but only one was working. So I also showed him this. But I showed him this basically so he would know how to diagnose the WHOLE PROBLEM. IT WORKED GOOD ENOUGH. But the Chandelier had been down since I installed it, so it was my main concern. So I THOUGHT HE WOULD WORK ON ********** FIRST SINCE IT WASN'T WORKING AT ALL. I went back to my bedroom. After about 4 hours he still didn't have anything working, but had took my fan down. So I started getting scared, I pulled up reviews on him. He had TERRIBLE REVIEWS! 1 STAR! And normally I ALWAYS CHECK THAT FIRST. But I didn't plan on him doing the work because I had appointment with another company for that same day but in evening. So when he kept calling an texting I told him I was good, he persistent to say how he could come right now, I was like ok. But once I told him about his reviews I asked, BEGGED HIM TO STOP WORK, OUT FAN BACK LIKE HUSBAND HAD IT! He INSISTED HE KNEW THE **** I SAID IT BEEN ALMOST 5 HOURS! So he talked me into letting him work a little longer which it was 2 pm then. Fast forward it was about 9:30 pm, I fell asleep. My husband woke me saying the man can get THE POWER BACK ON IN KITCHEN, BASEMENT OR CHANDELIER! I go ask what's gon on? He said your fan broke I'LL BUY YOU ANOTHER ONE. I SAID WTF! NO YOU'RE DONE HERE! I SAID THAT'S A NEW FAN FOR $300+! HE GOES, THAT AINT NO MONEY!!! I DO BIG JOBS, WIRE WHOLE BUILDINGS! HE IS A BLACK MAN, I AM TOO BLACK. MY FAN+CHANDL ARE DANGLING FROM CEILING, I HAVE ******************* OUT

    I offered to pay for the chandelier.  The consumer never accepted the offer.  There's nothing more that needs to be done on this job.  They never paid me for any of the work that I did for them.  They asked me so many times what did I want.

    Had electrical panel replaced first he left two active wires, leaving half our house without power. Had to have him come back and look at it again. Since then our AC electrical, our microwave electrical and our dishwasher electrical have all been having problems. He will not return our calls.

    I returned out there.  Two lines running upstairs  to  power upstairs was not reconnects and it was reconnected.  The only thing we changed was the breaker box, The service panel, the load center.  We will return to help customer but there will be a charge if there is issue for something other than what we initially came out for.

    We had to get another company to come out. They noticed and corrected the issues of loose connections including the main line coming into the box. This cost was an extra $250. I will accept $250 to be returned and will remove the BBB review.
