    Last year, ******************* of AMF Electric recommended that I purchase Reolink cameras for $700 to install in my home. We agreed he would install six cameras to be viewed on my phone and a mounted monitor on my wall for $2k.*** and his ill-equipped employees came to my home at least five times and still have not properly completed the job. The only proper help I received was from corresponding directly with ******* who agreed to replace the cameras if I covered shipping.AMF initially set up the cameras with faulty wiring, connected the cameras to my TV instead of my monitor, set the *** up under my bed, and did not connect it to my modem so that the cameras could be viewed on the app from my phone.I complained to *** who had his company make subsequent visits. At this point, AMF has not properly installed the cameras, failed to put the plate cover on the front camera switch, failed to properly install the timer for the flood lights, left hanging wires, left trash and drill hole shavings behind, and left an open socket in one of the light fixtures in my garage. AMF had the gall to continue to bill me for their incompetence! For every mistake they made, I was expected to pay.I called *** alerting him that I was going to contact the BBB, write a review on Yelp and possibly file a lawsuit. *** came to my home, reviewed the situation, and continued to not take any responsibility. He informed me it would take him another day to fix it. He then sent me another bill, which just caused me more anguish. I contacted *** about the continued billing for incomplete work, and he blamed his billing department.I requested a refund for the work not being complete or done properly over a week ago with no response. It has been 16 months since I paid AMF for this job and I have failing cameras, a monitor sitting in my hallway, wires hanging in my basement, and open electrical sockets.

    In the 37 years of our existence ******************** is the first, or perhaps second, complaint against AMF Electric's work, our reputation for service being excellent.

    We were disappointed but not surprised by ******************** BBB complaint without prior complaint to us.  We had performed work at this time on several occasions in the past, all without any complaint, but we had over time, come to know of his erratic temperament.

    Attached please find the narrative of our service manager ******************* regarding the installation of security wiring at the ****** home.

    We thank you for your diligence in helping keep customer relations positive.
