    I dropped my phone off to have screen replaced on Friday Nov 8 at 4 pm. I come back the next day to pick up my phone (during business hours 10-7 m-s) and the place is lit up and showing that it is open but the door is locked. When I try to call I get no response or call back. For promises to have your phone fixed in hours you dont live up to that! I will discourage as many people as I can to not patronize this business! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

    The store was temporarily closed due to an emergency, and *******, our customer, was informed of the situation. We promptly reached out to notify him and successfully completed his repair on Monday, November 11, 2024.
    Following the resolution, we requested ******* to leave feedback if he was satisfied with our service. He left a 5-star review on ******, highlighting his satisfaction and mentioning the emergency shutdown.
    Since then, we have attempted to contact ******* multiple times, requesting him to update or remove his review on the BBB to reflect the positive experience he shared on ******. However, we have not received a response.
    Based on our repair notes, direct conversations, and the 5-star ****** review, we believe ******* is satisfied with the resolution. For reference, his ****** review can be found under his name.
