    Ive had a very disappointing experience with Aesthetic Medical Associates. I initially tried multiple times to set up an appointment, but my requests either went unanswered or were ignored. When I finally succeeded in making an appointment, I had to reschedule and once again faced the issue of no response when I called. I even submitted an online inquiry through their website, but got nowhere.Eventually, I had to physically go to their office just to get some assistance. After talking to Dr. ******* brother, he later called to inform me that I owed $50. I disagreed with the charge, and he said he would get back to me, but he never did. I was referred by a coworker and was really looking forward to having Dr. ****** as my new primary care physician, but this experience has been nothing but a headache. I cannot recommend Aesthetic Medical Associates based on the lack of communication and follow-through.
