    On 4/30/25 Mr. ****** ***** responded to our house with a screen door that did not come close to fitting the door. No expectation was given as to when he would be back.

    The original patio door ordered was a special request, requiring the manufacturer to adjust its height. After installation, Mr. ******** informed Peller that a screen door was missing. Upon reviewing the invoice, it was that a screen door should have been included in the order. I contacted my supplier, who placed an order for the screen door. To the unusual dimensions, the manufacturer needed to customize the screen to appropriate size. I acknowledge that the of the screen door took an excessive amount of time and I apologize for the delay. When the screen door finally arrived, I delivered it to the residence, but it turned out to be the wrong size. I immediately contacted the supplier, who ordered another screen

     

    On April 13, 2025, at 1:30 PM, I discussed this issue with the supplier, who assured me that the screen should completed by the end of this week (May 16). Once it is ready, will install it the following day.

     

    However, I must disagree with the homeowner regarding the communication. Most of my phone conversations were with Mrs. ********* My phone records that I spoke with her on January 7, January 10, February 28, March 25, April 30, and today, May 13, 2025.
