      As a business, we have been leasing from Enterprise Fleet Management for several years. When we first started, we were assigned a sales *** that took care of all of our needs and would meet with us to review our fleet. Over the years, they kept assigning a new ***. In the last year, they completely took away our *** and just put us under customer support. Our leases ended a few months ago and no one ever contacted us or showed us how to set up alerts on the website to get notifications. When I reached out to customer service they said they would never reach out and that it is on the customer to know what they want done with the lease. So they started charging us rent on the vehicles after the leases ended without any notification. Their customer service went down hill fast when they decided to take away sales ***s from handling our accounts. I would find another option. We are now buying our vehicles instead of using Enterprise Fleet.

      I made and confirmed two reservations, but both times I was informed there were no cars available at the location. I ended up stranded. **************** was unable to resolve the issue, and the escalation team was unhelpful and disconnected when I asked for an employee ID. I recommend staying away from this unreliable company.

      I am writing to provide documentation regarding the ongoing issues I have encountered with Enterprise Rental Car, which have persisted for three weeks without resolution. We had rented a car from the location at ******************************. I had an interaction with the branch manager that was so unprofessional I started to record. I told him after 2 minutes I was recording when he suddenly switched behaviors. I have spoke to a number of ***** I have multiple emails documenting and time stamping my exchange. The lack of professionalism is mind boggling. I have 4 pages of documents and a recording. I was offered a refund due to the rental car as well as the exchange I had with the MANAGER that was there. I encourage them to pull the footage on their cameras both inside and outside.Despite multiple assurances that this matter would be escalated, including the filing of incident reports, there has been no satisfactory outcome. The lack of professionalism and respect from the company throughout this process is deeply concerning.I was initially promised a refund of $700. However, **** from Enterprise later informed me that the refund would only be $550, based on a $50 per day deduction. This contradicts what I was told by corporate, who assured me that the matter had been resolved, yet I received no further communication.After several calls and emails, I was finally contacted by *************************, the manager of six branches in the DFW area. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, ******************** repeatedly stated that if a refund was promised, it indicates a need for further training, as their policy does not allow for such refunds.This situation has been ongoing for far too long, and it is unacceptable that 80 percent of customer service interactions, along with a branch manager, have failed to address my concerns. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter and a prompt response confirming the full refund of $700 as initially promised.

      I made a reservation for a car. When they went To the car, rental office, they didnt have size I reserved but only more expensive SUVs. The store manager proceeded to ask me for additional $30 to rent an SUV instead of giving me an SUV for the price that I have reserved online. I told him, I will pay the additional $30 , but I will reach out to customer service to inquire about it. He then told me that he is refusing to rent me a vehicle. Unbelievable!

      I had a terrible experience with enterprise rental and that led to a poor vacation for me and my family. I booked a car Jeep Compass from ************ on 8/5. On my way to **************** the car broke down twice. Once when I was out of network coverage on the way on 8/8 and then once when I reached my destination in ****************. I requested a replacement car and the towing company towed my car on Saturday 8/10 with promise to get replacement from nearby lot. On arriving to the lot they had no car available and then the agent decided to book me a car 57 miles from my location in ************. Mind you this is 1.5 hours of drive one way. When I requested that the car be shipped to me it was denied due to less than 60mi. I have been without a car for 2 days spent 100$ or more in local Uber.When requested supervisor or upper management the agent said they are in meeting and may take a while. I had to ultimately go to **** to pick the replacement car and lost 400$ in deposits for recreation planned. No compensation and no response from the company despite emailing to CEO.

      I rented a vehicle from Alamo Rent A Car back in June of 2024 at ******* **********************************************************. Airport (ATL) Car Rental. They lost the keys to the car that I rented, and now I'm billed for $275.00 for lost key. Their System on returns of car rentals is keep the key in the car once you return the vehicle.. I believe customers should check the keys back in instead, so mishap with a lost key customers wouldn't be liable or get charged for following their policy and procedures. I called to complain, but no one returned my call. I just want to let people know if you rent a car from Enterprise Rentals or other rental places make sure you get names/dates and signatures when you're renting and when you're returning your vehicle.
