    Ordered two sets of flowers on 9/12/24 (order 2107 for ***** ******) for a funeral on 9/16/24. Only one set of flowers were delivered, called the owner and she said she would refund the one set of flowers. I have called the owner several times and she always agrees to refund the money, but it has still never happened. I reach out about once a week following up and she seems confused why it hasnt been refunded every-time. I have filed a dispute with my bank and it was denied. I am owed $140 for the flowers that were never delivered.

    Transaction was Saturday June 8. Ordered flowers on website and what was delivered was a cheaply put together mess that doesnt even resemble what I paid for. False advertising and wont give me a refund for it. I have spoken with them and they say they did the best they could YET couldnt call and tell me they didnt have anything remotely *** what I paid for. Just delivered a hot mess (pics included). They have a guarantee and are not following it. Id like a refund. What they show on their website is NOT what is delivered.

    If it is same day delivery, we cannot guarantee a 1:1 recreation, and this is written in the disclaimer. In truth we have a 3rd party provider who puts up the photos. We did provide this info to the consumer. We were more than willing to refund but we required the card that was used for the transaction. I did try to reach out to the *** company that controls our website, I figured there would have been a way to refund it that way but I have not heard anything from them.

    I am still more than willing to help and give the refund. For transparency we are looking for a better website management in order for these kinds of things not to happen to customers.
