    My car has been in the shop, Carshield paid them to repair my car and it&#**;s still not working. They keep telling me to bring it in next week. I want Carshield to make sure they have repaired my car correctly.

    To Whom it May Concern, we have replace a used good engine with 90 days warranty in 2022 for ************************. Since than she came with the car in the shop 2 times, one for A/C system problem, and the second time for an oil change. today is 05/06/2022, and she just towed the car to the shop. I do not know why, but I will take a look to see what is going on.

    They said the motor is in good shape, but no it is not. The check engine light keeps coming on, the car will flutter and burn up a ton of gas. The exhaust pipe started smoking real bad. They knew it needed sensors but were never installed.

    08/12/2024 JM: Left message for Business to return a call to me. 

    08/14/2024 JM: I have left several messages for ******** to call me with his Secretary. His personal cell phone doesn't have voicemail. 

    8/27/2024 JM: Spoke with ******** and he has stated that two engines for this car has been replaced. He has been working with this consumer on several issues regarding this car. He feels at this time he don't owe her anything. However, she is going to talk with his brother and see if he wants to offer this customer any type of refund. He asked me-(***) to give him a call back on 08/28/2024 at 10:00am and he will provide me with his final resolution. 

    09/04/2024 Spoke with Mr. ******** and he is willing to offered **************** $200 and provide her son all of the paperwork of the work he has performed on the car-(replacing engines, parts, etc). I tried to call **************** and received her VM and I can't leave a message. 

    09/06/2024 JM: I left a message for Mr. ******** advising him that **************** has accepted his offered of $200 and (Paperwork from him) regarding all the repairs to her Volvo.

    07/29/24 JM: ***** called asking when this matter would get resolve and is very upset. She hasn't had her car for two months. 

     

    08/12/24 JM: **************** called again asking about her complaint being resolved. I advise her we are still working on complaint.

     

    08/21/24 JM: Spoke with Consumer and she is still unhappy with the condition her car is running at this time. She would like to see if more could be done regarding the condition of her car. 

     

    08/22/24 JM: Spoke with Consumer and she is now dealing with a new dealership to have her car repair. 

     

    09/03/24 JM: Tried to reach **************** to advise her of what the dealership is willing to offer her as a settlement at this time. I continue to receive a voicemail that won't allow me to leave a message. 

    09/06/24 JM: Spoke with **************** to advise her that European Auto has offered to refund $200.00 and provide the paperwork showing all of the work that has been done on her ***** to resolve this dispute. **************** has accepted this offer and confirm with me that she was sending her Son over to the dealership on 08/06 or the week of 08/09. to pickup the $200 and paperwork on her car. She asked be to consider this dispute closed.
