      I live in ************************** and the landlord pays for the trash pickup and it comes out of our rent. They are supposed to pick up the blue trash cans behind each building on Tuesdays and it is on a dead end street. I watched him go behind 2 buildings and mine is still full. I called and told them my trash was not picked up. They said why didn&#**;t I stop them. I would want them to pick up my trash weekly like they are supposed to do so.

      I apologize for the missed pick up and the way the person answering the phone spoke to you. Both issues have been addressed.  The driver will be back today to check all the cans.

      Paid for 3 month service in advance. After the first month I canceled the service on August 4. Since they picked my trash up once in August i could not get a refund for the month but yet they would not pick up my trash for the remainder of the month.

      We pay our trash company every month and they continuously miss seeing it. They refuse to fulfill the services that they are supposed to provide when paid. Many other customers report this as well. When calling and trying to resolve the issue, they reported that the trash man did not see the trash. Then the second week, they reported that the trash man marked that it was not out. The trash was out the night before so thats not possible. This company is unethical and lies. This company digs through your trash to try to keep from having to pick it up so they can say there were items they dont pick up in the can, its highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Does not provide services paid for.

      He is supposed to have his trash out by 6 am.  Two weeks in a row he didn't have it out to pick up.  He called and said he was going to dump his trash on my lot.  The rule is to have his trash out by 6 am.   He said he was going to give us bad reviews.  I told him he can have a different company to pick up his trash.  He wrote a ****** review on me and said he would put in a review on BBB on us.  Mysteriously his trash was out there to be picked up.
