    On Tuesday evening around 5:40pm, I visited this Mobil as I sometimes do, to play my mothers' lottery tickets. My mom is an elderly 91 yrs old, who can't get out to play her tickets daily. The same amount is played 149.00, and request a receipt each time. This location has an overwhelming amount of new TRAINEES, so the regular clerk who knows me was not on the lottery cash registers. After I paid in cash for the whole amount of tickets, I discovered a ticket double printed and skipped one. I had the clerk, who turns out to be the shift lead, to count them on the calculator and she said 144.00, So therefore a ticket is missing, but still totaled up to 149.00? I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, BECAUSE SHE CONTINUALLY ARGUED WITH ME THAT I OWED HER FIVE MORE DOLLARS, AFTER SHE VOIDED TO DAMAGED TICKET AND RE-RAN THE TICKET THAT SKIPPED. I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK OR I WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE! I took my lottery order to the Creve Coeur Mobil, which is out of my way, and the order came up just right with no errors. Lack of proper training for Shift Lead, and NO Managers on duty, is not excuse to blatantly disrespect and poor customer service to any customer. I have had this issue with this location before, only to give them a second chance. I will not return, and will inform my neighbors, family and friends as well.

    I've reached out to the customer as well as our Territory Manager has reached out to the customer. They have no desire to allow us to make it right. We've begun training some of the newer staff on how to troubleshoot the machines.
