      *******************, Midwest Community + Development Construction, accepted contract work to complete a bathroom remodel and paint the interior of our home for $5,500. *** was paid half ($2,250.00) of the contracted amount upfront to start the job. *** demolitioned the restroom and was fired for not completing work as contracted. *** was showing up to the house, but not doing work according to promised schedule. There was no progress. *** altered and left unrepaired the ceiling of my basement, which is the floor of my restroom. As promised, *** refuses to return any money he was paid upfront for not completing a 1/4th of the job. *** has left all of the debris from the demolition site at my home. *** has refused to pick up the debris to dispose of it. I am requesting *** return money for an incomplete job and not honoring the contract schedule as promised before being fired.
