    I'm so happy with how my roof and siding repair turned out! **** was amazing to work with, super professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. Which is great because we do not live in ******** anymore. Definitely recommend giving him a call if you need any work done. ?? No more leaks for me! ??

    My wife and I are repeat customers of **********************. We first hired them to replace our roof back in 2012, and they did such a wonderful job, that when our basement flooded not long after that, we hired them to replace the damaged hardwood flooring & drywall. We were so pleased with their high quality of work, and their extra care to the fine details, that we have since hired them anytime we need anything done around our home! They have remodeled our guest bathroom, completed multiple interior painting projects, (walls, ***************** even two pieces of antique furniture), they have swapped out/replaced & hung almost every light ***************** fan we have, they built & hung shelves, installed a doggie door, installed beautiful new hardwood floors, organized our garage, fixed our landscaping, and, one of my all time favorites, they removed our old deck, and built us a beautiful, custom, new deck, for a fraction of the other quoted prices! Anytime we have any home renovation needs, we trust Proctors Unlimited LLC to take good care of us! We are extremely satisfied customers, and will continue to refer our ***************** as we have done many many times over the years!

    We have hired Proctors Unlimited for a few projects including, most recently, our nursery. The results were beyond our imagination. The amount of care and precision they used is reflected in the overall beauty of the room. We could not be happier with not only the outcome but the experience working with such caring and hard working people. I look forward to all the time Ill spend in there with our little one. I cant thank them enough! I would HIGHLY recommend Proctors Unlimited for any and all interior/exterior remodeling, contracting and design!

    Last year, April 2024 I had major hail damage done to my home due to an E1 tornado. Being highly stressed out due to all the storm chasers knocking at my door wanting me to have their business handle the claims. Proctors Unlimited LLC was highly recommended to me. Even though **** knew that ********** was my insurance company he took the job. Most of the storm chasers didnt want to help as soon as they heard State Farm. I could not be more pleased with the new roof, siding, new basement windows! The products are superior to the other companies I got quotes from and were very competitively priced. **** continuously worked with ********** making sure they were replacing the damage and more importantly the money they held until the jobs are completed were paid. Upon completion of the hail damage project, I hired Proctors Unlimited LLC to install two large double pain windows for the front if the house, additional siding, and trim. The clean-up was amazing! I am looking forward in my next project working with ************* because of their honesty, fairness, and loyalty. You will be in good hands with Proctors Unlimited LLC company!!

    In April of 2023 a hail storm damaged my roof, siding, windows, and deck. ******* Unlimited took care of all the damage and worked with my insurance adjuster to get them to pay for things the insurance inspector missed. I highly recommend this contractor for all of your home repairs.
