    I&#**;m needing help on my garage. I have an opening that has formed in my garage and I was trying to contact the business to come out and fix it. A piece seems to have fallen off the garage. Because of the hole, animals can come through and chew on the wires. I tried calling a couple numbers for the business but none of them are getting me to a person and I did leave a message. I just need help.

    Thank you for your response, but we dont offer warranties for weather related damages. We only offer warranty on Workmans ship services. We were contacted by the client and she referred to after the weather storm. Her items were unaligned which would be about a year later from the Service, there is no lifetime warranty on facial .

    *********************** of Riches Resource took my $10k and did not complete the renovation work. He was pleasant to work with until he received the money then he stop answering my phone calls and dropped my renovation project. Bad Business, stay away if you don't want to lose your money. We have to do something about these bad contractors in *************** me spread the word about this company. Thanks

    I hired ****'s Resource (RR) to replace a flat roof. The day after the roof was installed a full section of the membrane was blown over in a storm because it was not attached to the wall. The did come out and reattach but there were other areas that were leaking. After several failed attempts to fix it, I had a few others roofers look at it. They all pointed out about ten problem areas that needed fixing. RR said they would tear down what they put up and redo the whole thing at no charge. I told him that this was not necessary and that I just wanted to have him fix the problem areas. The following day he delivered six rolls of roofing material and other items. They have been sitting on my lawn now for about six months and RR is not responding to voicemails or texts.

    In the storms we had over the weekend there was water pouring down the walls due to not having any flashing on the membrane. Luckily this was in the basement stairwell and not the finished part of the house. I like ***** and would like to end up leaving him with good review and no hard feelings. But my roof needs to be fixed!

    Contracted him in December 2021 to repair extensive water damage in the house. 7 months later and the work is not complete. He never answers phone calls (and his voicemail box is always full). He does not answer texts. I've been requesting for months now invoices so I can claim depreciation on what he has done, no response.

    Today the flooring company called me because they haven't been paid in 3 months; and tried to get ME to pay for the flooring when I had already given Andres the money for this.

    I'd like to cease our relationship and pay him the money I estimate I owe him for the completed work. I also would like to receive invoices for the completed work so that I can claim depreciation from insurance claim. He does not respond to any attempt to communicate.

    Hello we apologize for your experience we did have a subcontractor out performing to work for you as they needed any information from us as in material and scheduling they would provide that with us we would compensate them for their time. As you do not want to work with us anymore we will send you an invoice for the service rendered we hope you can finish the project to your standards have a great day .

    Before I can accept I would like to see the final invoices, and receive assurance that ****** will be paid for the work sub-contracted to them so that they do not contact me in the future requesting payment.
