    He put a roof on and put my windows in. The roof had shingles that came off. I called him and he was supposed to come out and never came. He has 3 packs of the shingles I gave him for the job. There is a 10 year warranty on the roof. I would like my roof to fix the shingles that blew off.

    The business has also kept three bags of shingles and now I am experiencing leaking from the roof when it rains.  Due to the shingles not being in place.

    Business did get in contact with me, and asked me if I needed him to come out and fix the problem.  I informed him that I hired someone else to fix the problem and it has been fixed.

    The business asked if I would like to be reimbursed the cost of the repair, My answer is Yes.  I would also like the 3 unopened packs of shingles returned to me.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business only called to apologize, and we have not came to a resolution.  I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs that needed to be done and for the shingles that I paid for.

    11/05/24 KH: I called the Ms.  ***** ******* was unable to make contact, kept getting a busy signal, called about 3 times, same thing happens, will try again at a later time.

    11/14/24 KH: Called the consumer back, kept getting a busy signal again, unable to make contact.

    11/18/24 KH: Called the consumer again, busy signal, unable to make contact, I have also sent out an email but have not received a response.
