    On 10 Dec 2022, i tinted my windows at Custom Sounds and Tint. I was told LLumar Formula One tint was guaranteed lifetime and will be replaced at any Custom Sounds and Tint in the **, since I am in the military. I went back six months later to have bubbles in the tint repaired. The manager at that time told me that I will have to call LLumar to have it repaired. I called LLumar several times and never received a call back, till this day. I left several messages and never received a call back. ****** should not advertise lifetime warranty to vendors and never reply to customer issues.

    This BBB complaint was the first time we had heard of this issue with this consumer. The warranty department has e-mailed the consumer three times and has left two voicemails in an attempt to get more information to take care of the issue. Please call the warranty department at ************** or ************************** and we would be happy to review. Thankl you.

    I have called them several times and left messages. I have to call later , due to working in a government facility that does not allow cell phones. I would like to be reimbursed $107.45 since I do not have enough their film on my vehicle.

    The communication between the business and myself was never successful.  Can this case be reopened to reach a different outcome.
