    Large section of the countertops were cut incorrectly and, despite this, still installed without advising us before installing them. After many conversations they agreed to re-cut the completely uneven quartzite. The reinstall required removal of it from our custom cabinetry and minor but noticeable damage to same. After a little over a year, one of the quartzite sections began to put too much pressure on the solid wood cabinets - resulting in a costly repair. The placement of the seams of the countertops had been poorly chosen by them which resulted in it placing unnecessary pressure on the cabinets in a section it should never have been placed. The seams are all extremely visible and poorly done. One section is rough and not matched up properly along the outer edge and is sharp. They did not seal the inside cutout where the stovetop was placed resulting in an oil stain that we cannot get out. An area of the counter that was very clearly going to have food nearby. Very difficult to get them to come out and fix anything. They came and failed to fix a chip that they had promised to repair and also did not end up fixing the sagging seam - resulting in additional cost to us as we had to hire someone to do it properly. The Pice de rsistance was our expensive ***** kitchen sink falling out of the cutout as they failed to properly install it. Damaging plumbing, ruining the garbage disposal, damaging the cabinetry, flooding our newly renovated kitchen with water and causing more cost and inconvenience for our family. If I could rate them lower than zero I would. We never post reviews like this but I felt that this should be treated as a public service announcement. The cost and time and stress that they have caused us is so terribly significant. Profoundly disappointed. We would never recommend.

    Reviewing job notes in our system (job #****). Notes and pictures show that job was installed in 2021. There have been several repairs and communication with customer. Last repair was July 1st, 2024 (previous was June 2022). Pictures uploaded and they show repair was completed. I do not have anything outstanding. 

    Will ask production manager to reach pout to customer to follow up and investigate.

    PS from pictures in system, cabinets do not appear to be of sufficient structural type and quality. This may lead to undue deflection and seam popping. We have seen this happen often in this type of cabinets. Nevertheless, will reach out to customer and investigate further.

    Standard laminate replacement with granite. Was told, at time of sale, it would take 7 business days to complete and 2 visits; 1 day for Tear out & measure and 1 day for install. It took 10 separate visits and over 3 weeks to complete (I had to take 7 additional vacation days due to the multiple visits) and they were unable to duplicate the original countertop layout. I talked to each of the many work crews, several times, about the layout issues they were having. I even showed them pictures I had taken before the work started, to show my layout areas of concern. When talking with the Director of Operations expressing my unhappiness and my areas of concern; he told me this project was "complex", he talked over me and was not willing to make the necessary corrections to have a "satisfied customer". I would not recommend **********************.
