    I got a quote from This business in order to get gutters replaced on my home. I was informed that I needed to pay a deposit in order to be added to list or calendar to have my job completed. I was informed their were 3 weeks out but I would receive a call with the date of my installation once ******** was about to get to the calendar. ******** is apparently ******’s wife who assist with running the business. I paid a $400 deposit on June 17th. By July I had not heard back and was not given a date for my installation. I called on Friday July 8th, ******** said they had some big jobs but she would get back with me in the middle of the next week. I received a call today, July 13, at nearly 8pm , stating they would come out tomorrow July 14th to install my gutters. I informed ******** I have a company coming out July 14th to complete some landscaping and trim trees around my house. ******** then proceeded to tell me I would have to wait another 3 weeks. When I began to tell her this is why I asked for a date as to when my installation would be as I am getting work done on my house, ****** got on the phone, cursed me out, said “**** ***” I don’t even want to do your job” he sounded clearly intoxicated or Inebriated. I then replayed that is fine, I would just need my deposit ack since they will not be completing the work. ****** refused said his family is apart of the mob and then hung up the phone. I called back and there was no answer, so then they proceeded to text me. This company is listed as part of BBB but from my interaction and experience I do not believe this is true. If this has happened to me I am sure it has happened to others by this same company. I would like my money back and I will find another Company that is reliable to complete the work I need.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a refund of my deposit. Even after several request. I do not trust that this business will take action based on their word. I reject the response until the deposit is received. Thank you for looking into this case and the ethics of this business.
