  It took three date changes to finally get a bid. That should have been the first red flag for me. Business does not keep you updated on their work. They rescheduled the work day multiple times stating running behind, someone is sick, guys dont like to work and many times I had to call or text because they did not bother to let me know. Finally let it go after not getting back to me or calling after the fourth time. No way to run a business. I see no way they can get an A+ rating. If you cant do the job, let people know.

  I had professional and responsive interactions at all times, and I've been impressed with their work both times I hired them in 2022 and 2024. The Principal provided timely estimates to me both times. The crew leader, despite his personal injury on another job, went above and beyond the original scope of work to find obscure double dutch lap siding exactly as requested on short notice for a pressing repair need, while assuring that his crew completed everything in scope to boot. The clerk was responsive to provide receipts and assist us with professional diligence in payment processing, which they did remotely. There was also another additional request made at the proposed conclusion of work, and that request was promptly accommodated with professional courtesy and a definitively positive attitude. Although they were slightly priced above the work offered by competitors for the second project by a few hundred dollars (approximately 8%), they earned that business after the experience we had on the first project (where they were the low bid by over 5%). They delivered exceptionally customer-centric service on both projects. I do highly recommend this business, and I believe their pricing is on target out of multiple bids. While I did not expect equipment to be left on-site overnight, it was put away neatly for the sole evening it was here and all sharps were covered or protected. Small pieces, like screws and soffit/siding scraps, remained after completion; but, it's unlikely they would have been fully able to remove all these even with a metal detector due to their concealed locations. I firmly believe everything humanly possible to do, and everything reasonably possible to foresee or ask, in the course of professional job proposal and execution was experienced each time. Further, other work on-site and pre-existing junction boxes were all expertly navigated, worked around and/or accommodated without interruption to achieve outstanding results. I'd hire them again!

  I've hired ***** ***** to do work for me three times now and each time he has been very kind and quick to respond to my inquiries. He fixed a section of our copper gutters whenever other companies wanted to either replace the whole side or nothing. He's also fixed the facia on the front of my house that had been damaged by squirrels and also some siding that had broken off during a storm.
  The prices are fair and the work is excellent. ***** will be my first call for my exterior needs.

  Company returned to complete work begun earlier. All work done in professional manner and complete overview of finished product. Very satisfied with ******* and *****’s follow up! Would recommend to others.
