    Hired him to do repair of a deck/ramp. The first part of the job he did great, so I had him come back to do some more repair work. The second time did not go as well. He did replace the bigger sections of the railing but did not replace the 2 smaller sections of the top railing. I had a temporary gate blocking off access to a section of my back yard to get some grass to grow and so my big dog did not trample it. So instead of finishing the job I paid him for, he spent the rest of the time, without my knowledge or discussing it with me, making a big and heavier type gate with the scraps of decking material, that is not on hinges and which, for me, is not easy to move because of its weight. I did not need or want this type of gate. However, he spent so much time on this gait he did not finish the top railing. However, he then said he could come back ---at the same pay rate--- and finish the top rails, which are not very big and should have been done before a gate that I did not want or need.

    Have hired **** three times for projects: gutter cleaning, removal of old timbers and trimming of overgrown ivy on a two story structure requiring an extension ladder. He has always arrived when promised, is thorough with the work and cleaned up well, leaving everything looking good.
    Great to have someone as reliable as ****.

    **** did an amazing job on our yard today. He went so far above and beyond that we are just counting our blessings at having found him! We expected the lawn mowed. When he was done, the sidewalks were edged, landscaping was cleaned up (a BIG mess), weeds pulled, even tree branches hanging down over the sidewalk out front were trimmed back. He just never stopped until it looked good. If we need ANYTHING done around here, we will be contacting him. And for sure intend to be regular customers for the lawn services. This kind of work ethic just doesn’t come around very often.
