    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I never signed for a package and have not received one.  I have received one contact from a manage.  Not a couple so as is commonplace, your lies continue.  The previous salesman left months ago.  This issue started three months ago and was continuously handled unprofessional, without any subject matter knowledge and with no attention to detail, customer service or sense or urgency.  Have we been credited for the charge for the wrong fobs we were went?  Are we being charged for the ones we have not yet received?

     I apologize if this appears that we didn't want to respond, however, the complaint letter issued by the BBB on 11/27/2024 was not received in our office until 12/5/2024 making it impossible to respond within the requested 7 days. 

    Upon my review this morning of the complaint, I have discovered that the correct material was delivered yesterday and signed as received by *** *****.  

    Unfortunately, the salesman that previously serviced Mr ******* account is no longer with the company.  The salesman went back to the most recent order to gather information for material required, not realizing that the previous order had incorrect information.  Our sales manager has reached out to Mr. ***** and left a couple of voice messages, but they have not yet connected.

    With material in hand, I'm sure we can resolve any outstanding issues.

    Our salesman contacted ***.  We obtained a proof of delivery from the carrier. and this was communicated to ***.  *** indicated that he hasn't been on site to confirm if the material has been received.  Our salesman will be onsite next week to confirm that *** has the correct material and will pick up the incorrect material.
