      I am filing a complaint against this company for deceptive advertising and predatory sales practices. The company advertises Kratom products as a pre workout supplement and they do not disclose that it is highly afictive or offer any guidance or direction to customers about how to taper off of the product. The company is also selling old and expired products that one of the workers let me know had been on the shelves since she started working there over 4 years ago, which I almost purchased if it wasnt for her honesty. The company does not provide a refund if they sale an old expired product and the pain creams are being promoted to target elderly individuals aged 65 or older with a senior discount every Tuesday being offered. The products are priced 3 times the market rate so the discount is really just a scam the company uses to make customers believe they are actually saving money. There are no COAs attached to the barcodes on any of the flower the company sales and no information about where they are getting the product from. I purchased CBD flower from this company twice that were expired and molded and made me sick for a week. The beverages being sold here are dangerous and addictive and it eats the aluminum can they store it in and starts to leak out all over the place after having it in the fridge for just 2 days. I tried reaching out to speak with management with this company about a refund several times and they wont return any of my phone calls or emails. I believe the advertisements are fraudulent and the BBB should look into them especially with the new legislation laws about Delta8 flower that they are still selling. They have 0.3% farm bill labeling on the products that have way more than that amount in them and they are advertising these products dishonestly to get peoples money specifically the elderly demographic. Look into this place please if this is something you all handle the public needs to be aware

SALESPERSON LIED CONTINUALLY ABOUT THE PRODUCT, TRIED TO AVOID ME WHEN I RETURNED & TOLD ME NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES & THEN LIED AGAIN ABOUT WHAT SHE TOLD ME. I AM A PROFESSOR OF BUSINESS ETHICS & THIS WAS AN OUTRAGEOUS & UNACCEPTABLE ENCOUNTER ESPECIALLY AS IT DEALT WITH HEALTH.
