****** repaired a unit on the roof that they could have easily replaced. 2 companies before them said it required replacing. **** asked me if they could at least look at the unit before selling me another. Then **** checked it out and said I think this can be fixed. Then he fixed it, saving me a lot of money and making very little from me. I highly recommend these guys, they are great!

Read Their Negative reviews on ******, ********, ****, etc.... pretty consistent. DONT USES THESE GUY They offer warranties designed to sell there installs but they don't honor them and use any excuse to not honor their commitment and warranties. Your better off sending you money to a Nigerian pay forward scam than investing in a warranty from these guys as their warranties are glorified toilet paper.Al-Don Indoor Air Quality Specialists LLC

On 04/20/2023 at 5:40pm, *************************** contacted our after hours service stating that he had no heat and wanted to inquire about our service rates; at that time of day, our after hours/emergency service rates were in effect. When the on-call technician returned **************** call, he informed **************** that (1) there was no registration of equipment under the name ********* or ****** for his stated address in our system or in Armstrongs (the equipment manufacturer) system, (2) the 10 year manufacturers warranty applies to the original homeowner/equipment purchaser, (3) any repairs would have to be charged to the new/current homeowner because ********* would not cover them. At that point, **************** hung up on ************** and began to text, stating Major negative reviews are inbound and Im going to ********* your companies (SIC) reputation online. We cannot dictate the manufacturers warranty terms. Furthermore, this warranty does not come from us or any other contractor you may employ in the future. The warranty terms were not offered to you, as you werent the original purchaser of the equipment when it was installed. Im unsure why you would infer that this warranty was extended to you, when it was available only to the original purchaser. You claim that we offered you a warranty and then scammed you; you were not involved in the original purchase. The original manufacturers warranty is not transferable. In the future, youd be advised to check each manufacturers website (or call the manufacturer directly) regarding transferability of warranties.
