    June 24: Via Choice Home Warranty, Allan and a coworker and replaced the ** unit, however, the unit never worked.June 26: Allan came back out to check out the unit and said that the condenser in the compressor was not functioning and he would file the claim with Choice to get it replaced.We called and texted Allan many times with no response.July 3: We called Allan from a new phone number because he has ignored all text and calls from the original phone number we were using. He answered this call, understood it was us, and a few minutes into the call said that Choice was calling him and he was going to pick it up. He put us on hold for ***** minutes and when he accidently put us off hold, we heard him discussing with someone about purchasing a truck. When we spoke up, he said he needed to put us back on hold. Eventually, he said he had called the manufacturer to order a new condenser under the compressor warranty and shipping was 5-7 business days. We attempted to follow up with him to no avail, and Choice Home ******** stated that Allan never filed the repair claim prior to that day, they had not called during our call, and he last emailed them the day he answered our call.After this, he did not pick up phone calls from either phone numbers. He has not responded to any Choice Warranty emails or calls.The ** is still not functioning. A third party HV** Technician came and diagnosed the problem to possibly be improper installation of the refrigerant. He stated the condenser is working properly, so believes Allan incorrectly diagnosed the issue.We were required to pay Allan $950 for "non covered charges" per Choice regarding the installation of a functional new ** unit. Allan has continued to be AWOL and has not given any updates on the status of the condenser he alleged to be replacing, and we must now work with a new technician to make the ** functional.We would like our ** to work, or a refund so we can cover the cost of paying a new company.
