    We had **** heating and cooling install a new AC unit in 2009, We have had 0 problems with it. We had our a/c go out on thursday night 2025. Called **** friday mourning 7-30 am They showed up at 9-30 am. They had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. They are very Professional and Honest. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond to please their customers. Outstanding Company

    The man came out gave us a quote for running a pipe from our unit across a room, go through a brick wall & down the side of a building . Sent another man out to fix it. He didn't speak English. All he did was repair the pipe, he didn't do what they bidded on & billed us for the extreme work. When called company...no one calls back. Pipe is leaking again less than a year later.

    I've been a **** customer since 2008. They put in a new system for me back then. Our heat went out on a Sunday. I called **** and they sent someone out that same day to check it out. The *** motor had gone out. That was going to be pretty expensive to replace on a 16 year old furnace. I talked to Munib about it and decided to replace the furnace. ***** and ** did a nice job on the install and I'm happy and I once again have heat.

    Had TJ, ************ out today to move my air conditioner to a bracket on the side of the foundation. Helped get it out of the way so the ** noise will be limited to the side of the house and not my backyard.Extremely professional and courteous experience. I have worked with **** for 10+ years and recommend them to all of my clients as a REALTOR.Best HV** outfit in ********* in my experience. Thanks Doc and the whole team!!

    My tenant called yesterday at 5 pm, AC is not working. Temperature outside was 98 degrees.Called **** HVAC and within 1/2 hour they sent someone to the property. ****** was very professional, diagnosed, fixed and everything else was taken care of in less than one hour. WOW My tennat was so happy. I was happy also. So i can only recommend this company to anybody.Professional, reliable, reasonable pricing and really responsive to calls. I called owner two times in 10 minutes and it was after work and both times he picked up phone right away. Thank you ****.

    Outstanding customer service. Doc diagnosed our problem and gave us options. Was honest and fair, not trying to push us into a decision. The technicians showed up on time, worked hard and were polite. The ** solution works perfectly. Would highly recommend **** for any HV** needs.

    I recently I called **** to add a full HVAC system for the 2nd floor of our 1920's 2 story home. The 2nd floor was consistently way warmer than the 1st in the summer. They came and assed the existing equipment and ended up recommending that we update our existing system to a zoned system. This added dampers to each duct run in the basement and gave ** the ability to call for heating/cooling independently on each floor.This solution worked great for **. It was a way less expensive than what I was asking for and way less intrusive/messy of a project than running new ducts, drain, gas and power lines up into the attic. Calling **** was a win/win/win for **!
