    I requested a cleaning for my A/C unit-(Trane System). When the technician came out he improperly service my unit. My unit wasn&#**;t making any noise until the technician came. My A/C unit was working ok before he came out. I want the technician to come out and fix my A/C Unit. I have called several times and left message with no response.

    Ms. ****** has called several times asking to speak with the owner and I have left the messages for him. She has never asked me to schedule for someone to come out and do a repair. I will be more than happy to schedule a service call for her. The service call is ***** plus any parts that may be needed for the repair.

    We installed the system back in 2017, then she called us back in 2018 and we came out and fixed everything under warranty.  She called us back in 2019, that's when we found the system was dirty, cleaned it and charged her for a regular cleaning check.  So we told her to call us back twice a year for maintenance checks - once in the spring and once in the fall.  So the only time she called us back was in 2020.  This was the last time we were out there.  We called her in 2021, scheduled a maintenance check and didn't hear from her.  In 2022, she called again and scheduled another maintenance check and she didn't respond to us.  We explained to her that she would have to pay up front because she doesn't respond to our phone calls or anything.  She doesn't respond to us at all and refuses to pay.  She makes appointments but never responds back to us.

    ******JM: ****** is still very upset and her A/C is still not working and leaking. She wants a mediation with the company ****. She can't get the company to call her or come back out.
