    Guy came out through the home warranty and was supposed to fix our AC. Took cash only, which already made me skeptical. We needed our Freon topped off, and he submitted a request saying he would "get back to us when it was approved". A week goes by and I hear nothing, turns out our repair request was approved but he had not yet reached out to reschedule. After we reached out and scheduled the appointment, he was a no show. When we asked where he was he said "it's too cold to fill the Freon and I can't do it because it's raining". Never bothered to have the courtesy to tell us this before the appointment time, which we took off work to be present for. It was 80 degrees and clear, mind you. Got a new tech out, because I am sick of this scam artist jacking us around, don't waste your time or money.

    EXTROTION COMES TO MIND!!!WOW What a tool!!Our AC went out and we have Choice Home Warranty. Randy's Handy Service accepted out job thru this warranty company to come fix our ac. Our compressor isn't working and its like 90 degrees in the house when I got the date , which was initially fore July 9 (today is the 1) the warranty company said if I need to change the sate or time to contact *****'s directly.I looked on their website and they showed the 4th being available so I sent a text to the 2 different numbers I had and asked to make it sooner. Explained that we are an older couple and these the temps are too high.I got a CALL from ************************* and he said not only did he not have any openings before the 9 (which remember, the 4 was available on line ...as was the 6,7 8, etc. ) but the only way they would change the date or time for ANY Choice Home Warranty customer was if "I paid them UPFRONT $250 AND a Deductible! "Certainly extorsion comes to mind!THEN after I contacted the warranty folks and let them know that I needed a new person and canceled *****'s I got this message from the main number "I MIGHT HAVE AN OPENING TOMORROW IF YOU HAVENT CANCELLED THE WARRANTY CLAIM YET"I told them ***** am i interested in doing business with YOUR company after they way this jerk talked to me and tried to extort money Also that I will be contacting not just the warranty company with ALL this info but ALL the social media platforms AND the BBB DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

    I waited to see if their repairs would last. After several other companies, they got the job done right and did not need anybody else.Thanks so much for the quality service!
