      I think ********************* has been very kind sweet and helpful I have been dealing with alot with this *************** and them needing copies of things and she was always willing to help me with what I needed. Also I want to thank all of you for paying for the home health agency for her two days a week , I would not recommend the agency Hands for Heart or Be Blessed as she is very dishonest, but that's a whole long story. Just for reference when you are looking to help someone else out. ***** is very professional and has all the answers to the questions. Thank you all again very much it has been very much appreciated. ***************************, daughter of client *****************

      Veterans Home Care changed my life. It gave me mine back. Everyone I have dealt with over the 3 years has been kind, patient, and efficient. In todays world that is hard to find. Thank you

      They have assisted me with my 94 year old step father for a few years now. ****** is my POC and she is amazing. Helps get me supplies and assistance I didnt even know was available! Great company. Also calls and emails me back!

      *** worked with ******* for about 8-9 years. She always made time to ensure that I was well informed and provided the information that I needed to perform my fiduciary duties. I have now resigned that position and will miss my interaction with *******. She was a priceless part of my families life and she became part of our family. ******* will always have a special place in my heart ??. Bet Assist is fortunate to have ******* representing them ***********************

      If I could do no stars, I would. My Mother-in-Law is a widow of a World War II veteran. She had to move from one assisted living center to another which triggered the Department of Veterans Affairs to audit her case, with the result that they were going to reduce and possibly terminate her aid and attendance benefit. This company PROMISED to take care of this issue with the VA advising us that they "do this all the time". Well, they didn't, and now the VA is terminating her benefit and even telling her she owes money back to the VA. When attempting to contact the company, we are being ghosted. So now I will do what I should have done in the first place and try to get this issue resolved myself.

      Right now I will offer 5 stars however my mothers care has not begun but is scheduled to in a few days. ***** was our main contact for processing all the required documents to the VA. She was very professional, friendly and provided ongoing communication on where things were (including the agency that will provide the care). I received a call today from ******, I understand she will be handling the account going forward. She was very nice and explained everything in detail. I will resubmit another review in about a month on the progress of caring for our mother. Hopefully they will get another five stars.
