My husband and I purchased a hot tub at the Lodge of the 4 Seasons, Hot Tub Expo, after we initially just went to look at them, in October of 2024. My *** highly recommended that a hot tub would be very beneficial for all my Arthritic pain. We first bought the 7 ft. Hot tub, with the lounger, but then my husband noticed we had more room than he thought. I decided I was probably too short for the lounger, and decided to go with the extra seat instead. We called ********, and asked if we could get the bigger 8.25ft., and she said no problem, so we paid the extra amount. When we originally bought it through their financing, ******** was very thorough and explained everything to us. She was very friendly! I like the fact that we are buying from a family owned company, that stands behind their Spas. We stopped in the store last week, in *************, ** to ask a few questions, my husband had after researching hot tubs. She answered all our questions, and we purchased some items at their store to have before the hot tub arrives. She even wanted me to come try it out, to get a feel of the hot tub, before it arrived. That would have been on Oct. 31st., Halloween, and I was just too busy to go. I thought that was very thoughtful of her to even suggest my trying it out. We HIGHLY recommend this company, and we loved dealing with ********! This seems to be a very solid company with great reviews! Sincerely,******* *******
