    I stayed in ******************************************************************** on 10/12 to 10/13. It was so loud that we did not sleep all not. When we went downstairs to complain no one was at the desk. I used points so I would like those refunded.

    On 8/31/2024, I check-in with an early check-in slightly after 1pm. When I checked in, I learned that my CC was charged prior to my arrival. I waws very upset about this and voiced that. I was never offered an apology but was met with attitude. The second reservation was *********, I had to leave early due to a family emergency and had to check out. I checked out on 9.2.24 at 4:57AM with the manager. Attached is my receipt. My stay and the customer service at this location was horrible. I am requesting some sort of adjustment or a full refund for my horrible experience. On 9.3.24 at 4:01pm, I called the hotel and spoke with the front desk representative who said that I did check out on 9.3.2024. I told her that I did not. She requested that I send here the receipt via email to ************************************* and she would get back to me after she check current guests in. I did email the receipt.

    I have attached a copy of Mr. ********* final statement showing the refund, in the amount of $87.06, for the night of September 2nd in which he did not stay. This refund was processed on September 5th. He was billed for the first two nights of his stay in the amount of $281.03. This matter has already been resolved in Mr. ********* favor. I am requesting this case to be closed. Thank you.

    We checked in on April 14, 2023 & checked out on April 15, 2023. On April 16, 2023, at 1:04, the hotel called stating we broke the TV (like something had been thrown at it) & they were charging us $1,000. We never even turned the TV on. After calling our bank, they charged us $1,000 an hour prior to calling us. Because we used a debit card, our bank will do nothing. The hotel said no matter how much complaining we did, they would never reverse the charges. She told me I was lying. I’ve received no proof that the TV was broken, plus no receipt for what the cost of the TV is. ($1000 is way too much). There was also over 24 hours later after we checked out that they “discovered” this. After reading reviews on many sites, I see that this location is frequently accused of falsely charging people for incidentals, extra nights that they don’t stay, etc. They would not let me speak to a manager. They never authorized with us to charge us the $1000. (They did also take over $200 for the one night stay.) We just want our money back for something we did not do.
