Since Jan 2021 Top Level Cleaning Has made no effort in removing my home address from their business listings in online directories. I have a company who is paid to update and watch over and address issues with my directory listings. It is against ****** terms that no business can have 2 of the same types of businesses listed for the same address. As it appears now ,my address is connected to ** **** ******* ******** *** and Top Level Cleaning. This can result in the removal of my business and likely the top Level Cleaning since it looks like both are mine since the same address appears online on yahoo, map quest, and over 200 other directories. Until this business removes my address from all the listing for their business ,the marketing team I hired can't proceed with my advertising online. I tried to log into these directories but was told the owner of the listing would have to correct the address and replace mine with their own address. I contacted the owner via email and tried calling but no answer a few times and made them aware of this but nothing has been done to fix the issue. I even get their junk Mail at my house and still have it on my desk. I actually did talk to a woman ,the owner 2 yrs ago and
told her about this and she told me to just throw the mail away. Clearly they do not take this seriously so my next step will be legal. It is against the law to use my address with out my permission and I have her junk mail as proof this is happening. I did not wan to take this this far but it is holding us up on marketing for my business. I dont know how my address got tied to their business but the fact I made the aware and they choose to ignore it leaves me no choice but to take the next step if this is not addressed immediately. See screenshot of my business listing and you'll find they have the same address showing in online search results.
My Business name is trademarked and will be looking into see if using that trademarks address is cause for lawsuit. Not a step i want to take but will if I have no other choice.

    Business Response

    Dear Ms. *******,

I was unaware that my business was associated with *** ** **** *****.  We have lived on ******* ***** ***** from 2018 -2020. I have never lived on **** **** and cannot understand how my company would be associate with this address. Although say you have left messages none have been received. I am the only one carrying this phone number.

Again, rest assured no one in this organization actively placed your address under our organizations name. We are getting to the bottom of this.

Someone has made a great error. I am trying to correct this and apologize it is showing up at your location. We have been in business since 2006 with zero complaints on BBB. I will work with my partner to correct this issue and get our name off your address. We are located in Oakville and Chesterfield and want our company to only be associated there.

We have investigated finding the address mistake is through ****** ***** *** *****. We will work to get this corrected asap. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Best Regards,

    ***** *********
