    The Dept. have issue with is the Home Medical Equipment. A medical was bought from this company and I was told the insurance covers the equipment and no out of pocket cost to me. 3 months later, March of this year, I found out the equipment is not fully covered. Inquired why this was not disclosing this information when the equipment was picked up. I called the company several times to clarify and no one responded since March 2022. I was able to obtain the Director of the Department Mr. Dias; I spoke with Mr. **** on 10/03/2022 he took the complaint and told me he would call me back. He never did. I called him a couple of times and he is yet to respond. The is a poor customer service and very unprofessional. I thought the Director would at least resolved my concerns, but that's not the case. Per the Organization policy, I have the Bill of Right to Bill. And this company have failed to do this. I think people need to know this.
