    Koala was very professional and friendly to work with. Im very happy with the insulation job they did and I never knew they had even been here after they left. Everything was clean and I had the insulation level that I needed!! Great company for sure!!

    Had insulation blown in the ***** of my very old house last year. It had some insulation but Koala came and advised me how it could be improved. We got multiple bids but Koala was the company we chose based on their professionalism and reasonable price. I noticed a definite decrease in my AC bill last summer and heating bill this past winter. Ameren actually just notified me they are LOWERING my monthly bill. Very happy with our insulation!

    In and out on time, refused to leave a mess, showed me a couple of spots that needed extra attention, didn't do the hard sell. Not something you need everyday, but when you do, this is whom you need.

    I had the original batt insulation taken out and closed cell spray foam installed in my basement around the entire perimeter of the rim joists to help with humidity and stabilize temperature in 2024. **** and **** did a great job with the install. They were super nice, did a great job on the foam install, and cleaned up all the mess when they got done with the job.

    Very happy with Koala Insulation. The other companies I quoted with tried to B.S. me and pressure me into other things. Koala simply asked if I wanted additional insulation elsewhere and didn't push when I declined. They also were the cheapest quote out of the three even though they were installing fiberglass which is supposed to be more expensive than cellulose. So I got the better insulation for less and a respectful sales experience. They also put in a couple more inches than I paid for presumably to offset settling. I'm very satisfied with what I got.
