    Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with any type of home improvement organization. Very professional from start to finish. I wrote a great ****** review for them as well. I didn't even bother getting more quotes - I knew from the initial sales visit that I wanted to do business with this company so I just haggled a bit on price and then signed the deal. They came out quickly, worked quickly and did an excellent clean up after themselves.

    Fantastic service!!! The only thing I could find wrong with their service is they set the bar really high for others. Their estimate was very thorough, they were timely in their work, when they said they would be here they were and they explained everything along the way. We had some critters in the attic at some point so we had all our insulation removed and reinstalled. **************** and others were so polite and cleaned up their job so well. We asked another contractor to put screen barriers on the ***** vents but we weren't sure they did it, so asked WC to add to their estimate. When WC got to that point of the job, they said new screens were in so reduced the amount due. That's how honest they are! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    West County Insulation did excellent work for us. We have a 70 year old ranch style house that we've owned for a little over two years. The attic insulation had long ago settled. The kitchen was always much warmer than the rest of the house in summer and colder in the winter. We had the heat set on 68 in the winter and it would be 59 degrees in the kitchen in the morning! BRRRR!!! We had West County Insulation give us an estimate. We were informed that there was ZERO insulation left over the kitchen area. Plus there's a space over our extra bedroom, which makes the house kind of L-shaped, that another insulation company told us couldn't even be filled. But West County had no problem filling it. The whole house is now a consistent temperature, even in this heat. West County's work was excellent and they were very quiet. Our daughter works nights and she slept right through the attic insulation. We could not be more pleased with West County Insulation's work. We highly recommend them. Thanks to BBB for helping us find them.
