A saleswoman, *** ********, from Stifel Brokerage in ********, ********** sold me an annuity in March 2022. I have been trying to get the money back almost since I bought it. She did not do her fiduciary duty to ask pertinent questions to find out if I had the liquid assets to be able to afford this annuity.I now receive a miserly dividend income of $1,600 which places me at the poverty level. I need the total amount of the annuity $320,000 for living expenses. I have a house and I am unable to make repairs for it or pay any of my utility bills and other bills.I am unable to use this money to create savings, but as an amount to totally live on. I didn't expect this situation to occur.

I sold my home in Florida  in Jan 22 2021 for 223,154.00 and was held by my title Co. Then, they asked me to take the money somewhere else so I asked my

broker,  **** ******* to put it in Stifel co. He would never send me a copy of where he put the money, so then I got angry.

So I received no interest for that money and also I had 10,000.00 dollars with them for the past ten years.

I received no interest at all, It seems that he was using my money to make money for himself. I have witnesses, my realtor is one of them.

What settlement would you consider fair: All the money he owes me.
