    **** was a no-show. Paid **** $850 for 2023 sprinkler service and for parts HE said we needed. Sent several text and phone calls requesting services and parts I paid for but we still have not received anything or a refund of money. Attempted sending certified letter requesting refund but no one was at address listed for his business. I would like my money returned!

    On 7/15/22, ******* ********, the owner of Michael’s Irrigation, came to my home to provide a quote for installing a sprinkler system. I signed a contract and, as requested, provided a check for 1/2 of the total cost ($1700). Michael immediately cashed the check and has not returned my phone calls, text messages, or emails since that day. He has stolen $1700 from me. I would like a complete refund.

    Michael's Irrigations System came to our home and agreed to install a 7-zone system to cover the grass all around the house, with a 3-year warranty. ******* collected 1/2 of the total $3800, which means I wrote a him a check on 3/23/2022 for $1900, which he cashed the following day. He made 5 different dates with me to install the system, but never showed up for any of these. Four out of five was a no call/no show. I called him several times trying to get a solid date for the installation of the system, then wrote him a letter June 7, asking him to return my deposit within a week. I have not heard back from him since I mailed the letter the following day.
