Our club hired Coverall of St. Louis to complete a cleaning of the flooring inside of the building. The attempt at the tile cleaning was unprofessional, half way completed with the floor left with black streaks throughout the tile grout. No one with any level of normal eyesight would not see the tile as being half cleaned, horrible in appearance and half completed. Besides leaving the floor looking horrible, at least forty tiles were broken and or damaged. Photographs and an on site inspection was completed with the unprofessional, rude, ignorant and uneducated ***** and ******* who offered no solution other than it doesnt look that bad and you can pay to have the floor cleaned again. No responsibility for the franchisees lack of knowledge, skill or cleaning ability was provided. In addition the floor was left with a slippery film that caused several members to slip while walking on it. Again, no explanation or solution. ***** said he would file a claim with his instance company for the broken tiles. When that did not happen, several calls were made to him that were of course ignored. We are left with a half cleaned and broken tile floor, a slippery film that seems to be a mainstay and no offer of making the job complete and the broken tiles repaired. When I told ***** that the half finished job and complete lack of professionalism and customer service was the reason ********************** had a bad reputation, his answer was, It aint that bad. The entire onsite inspection and his horrible attitude was all recorded.

This complaint isn't for the Dallas/Ft Worth office. This is for the St Louis office. This doesn't pertain to this office. Please remove the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:   No information on how to file the complaint with the St. Louis office is available and the ********* Worth office is a business entity/corporate partner of the St. Louis office.

      Business Response

Again this is the St Louis office. St Louis should have a BBB office to contact yourself. ***** ***** from the St Louis office has reached out to you this week with no response. Please remove this complaint from the Dallas/Ft Worth BBB.

I immediately responded to *****.  Once again he is lying and showing his true ignorant, unprofessional and immoral character.  Have him call me at ************.  I have email proof of my response.

***** being associated with Coverall in any way is a huge discredit to any of your partners that actually operate in a professional manner.

      Good afternoon,

Attached is the last communication we had with Mr. ***** regarding his complaint. In the email it states that Coverall St. Louis would void the invoice for $4,500 (which we did, no payment was collected) and offered to turn the tile issue over to the franchisees insurance company. At that time we requested additional information on who the insurance company should contact and Mr. ***** didn't respond.

As of today, 12/12/2024 there is no balance due and no payment was ever accepted for the work at Mr. ******* location for this floor work. All invoices were voided as Coverall St. louis stated they would be. Also as of 12/12/2024, Coverall St. Louis has not heard back from Mr. ***** in regards to whom would be the point of contact regarding the insurance.

I left several phone messages and sent several emails asking when I would  contacted by the insurance company.  This is simply another example of the horrible customer service and a prime example of how coverall as a whole conducts business.  I have every email and recordings of all conversations, including their on-site visit after my repeated complaints.

Our beautiful club has been stuck with half cleaned tile flooring for over 5 months now.  We should not been charged for half or a service, ridiculously horrible job performance and flat out ignorant and cowardly management.

Again, as I stated numerous times, I am the point of contact.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 12/20/2024

I sent a detailed response as the complaint has not been resolved.  I have provided my name and contact information to coverall numerous times so that they would contact their insurance carrier.  I have left 9 voice messages and sent 4 emails in the last 6 months asking that we be contacted by their insurance carrier.  Each contact has as usual gone unanswered by ***** as he continues his lies and complete lack of any professionalism, character and business sense.

      Good afternoon,
In my response from November there is an email attached which is the last communication we had with Mr.

Also as of 12/12/2024, Coverall St. Louis has not heard back from Mr. ***** in regards to whom would be the point of contact regarding the insurance.

It appears that Mr. ***** might have responded on 12/20/2024 saying he reached out again to Coverall with his insurance companies information. As of today, 12/31/2024 at 11:15am central time, no one in the Coverall St. Louis office has received an email or phone call from Mr. ***** or any other representative from this account. If they would like to reach out, I suggest doing so in writing via email so we can confirm communication. My email address is *******************************************************************************************************

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: coverall has had my contact information since June of 2024.  Voiding the invoice for horrific work is non consequential in the fact that an abundance of tiles were damaged by your unprofessional and completely under qualified franchisee.  Again, my email is ******************** ************.  SEND THE CARRIERS NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER AS YOU STATED YOU WOULD IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR.

      Sincerely,

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: Coverall has stated several times either in person or through emails the I will be contacted.  This has been going on for 7 months and I still have not been contacted.  Kevins contradictory emails are beyond ridiculous.

      Sincerely,
