    Around 12th of June 2023, my wife and i went to pick up a pearl ******** fom the business. We talked about us being unsatisfied with the chain. However we took the whole item and paid cash. W 'e forgot about the $500 deposit and believe we paid a full amount of $1,417. The next day we decided to return the chain and receive the refund. It was later that night we remembered we had paid the $500 deposit. We did not receive the receipt so called the next day. We were told that we only paid the remainder of the total and not the $1417. They told ** they have a recordings and we asked to review the video for verification, we were then told that the video is deleted after a few days. When talking with ************** (MR) and trying to work things out, my wife did become angry and loud, which ***** lost his professionalism and became very rude to my wife. When i tried to calm the situation, he hung up on **. I would like our $500 deposit returned or proof of how much we truly paid

    We would like to remove this complaint.   We have talked to the owner of the business and have come to an agreement.  No further action is required
