    I purchased a virtual mailbox through ******* and this location is a center to pick up mail from. I went to pick up my mail today and was told that I can’t get my mail until Tuesday. Today is Saturday. I pay for a service and I’m unable to get my mail. The lady who answered the door was rude and unprofessional. It is unlawful to hold people’s mail. I will continue to report this business because I believe they are scamming people.

    Issue: The ******** virtual mail client is upset that she
    was unable to pick up mail on a day when the mail center was closed. The client
    chose this location on August 16, 2023. When picking a location to receive your
    virtual mail the ******** website shows all the available locations and their
    office hours. The client chose a location that has no weekend office hours
    listed but wanted to be able to pick up mail from a location that is closed.
    The second issue she is having is that the No Call No Show Policy has been outlined
    and a part of the policy for Monitored Life since June 1, 2023. This is a
    Monitored Life Policy. If you schedule an appointment for pick-up, then we
    would like to complete this task that day. This client has also requested
    services such as mailing her items via USPS, however, had no money available to
    complete this type of task as well. All the fees for this type of task
    requested are outlined to the client as well prior to signing up in the terms
    and conditions section.

    The client's contractual agreement is with ********, and the
    funds for the monthly virtual mail service is paid to ********, not Monitored
    Life LLC. The fee the client pays of $9.99 monthly is taken by ********.
    IPostal1 pays their vendor 20% of this monthly fee after the month has been
    billed and paid to ********. At this time Monitored Life has received no funds
    for providing this service to this client from ********.  Monitored Life service is to manage mail
    received in the office from USPS for the ******** clients using our commercial
    address. This client scheduled a pick-up via the ******** application for 8/24/2023
    at 2:30 p.m. for two letters that were received in the office. On 8/26/2023,
    the client came to the office on a day that Monitored Life had no office hours and
    requested mail. She became irate and unruly because the office was closed. 


    Resolution: I advised the client that I would
    make her mail available for pick up on Monday. She will go to the ********
    application to schedule a pick-up. Once this transaction is complete, I have
    asked this client to select another ******** that can accommodate the times she
    needs for access to her mail as this location has policies and procedures that cannot
    be undermined. This request prompted the BBB review.
