  Green RX mowed my yard five times. One was done well. Two were absolutely terrible and their "trim ***** to correct the yard damage was worse. Either this company hires non-experienced mowers, or vindictive people who hate on their clients.They mowed like they have never been on a commercial mower with HUGE circle burn marks and divots and gauges with three-inch differentials.Never hire this company to cut your grass. I don't know if I can get mine back again after their damage.

  I have been trying to have my sliding glass door fixed that they broke since October of 22. Their own employee, *****, admitted he did it by running over a hard dog toy (I still have the aforementioned toy) AND my fianc happed to be home that day and witnessed it with his own eyes. I keep getting the run around by both owners; ***** and ********. Ive spoken with and emailed ******** personally about 10 times. They kept either not responding or ignoring me all together. ***** even came to my house and acted like he knew exactly what to do. They then in-turn instructed me to call Pella window and doors to come give me an estimate to fix it because we know the owners and maintain all their properties. (I still have the estimate from them) Once I emailed the estimate to them and they saw how expensive it was, ***** gave me the run around saying they were just behind because of the rainy season we had. Then told me to call a contractor MYSELF, pay for it up front AND THEN THEYD pay me back! Its ridiculous!! I even went to the ***************************** to file a complaint but was told I needed to do a search to find the correct business and was unable to do so. My basement sliding glass door is larger than normal and is special because it has tinted glass and rated for higher wind speeds and storms. I cant afford a $4000 door. THEY broke it and THEY need to fix it regardless of the cost. I continually paid $62/week while still getting the run around. Initially it was my elderly, Veteran father that hired them 3+ years prior but he passed away from complications of his Agent Orange exposure in ******* on 11/18/24. I cancelled their services with ******** 2 weeks ago. I want my door fixed and Im tired of getting screwed around with because of their obvious failures. I want corrective action taken immediately. I have all the notes, dates/times, texts and emails as proof of their repeated failures. If its not rectified, I will be suing them.

  BEWARE - COMPANY SCAMS EDERLY AND DISABLED COUPLE!!!My father has critical heart issues and my mother suffers from a number of health issues as well. They live in ****************. They are in their 70s and we hired Green RX to take care of their lawn. They quoted us a price and then said if we prepaid, we will get a better price. We prepaid this company for the **** and they NEVER cut my parents lawn.When I spoke to the owner, he said he would refund the full amount. That never happened and now he stopped returning our calls, emails and texts.I have given this company so many chances to do the right thing, and they refuse to take the time and refund the money.Don't ever do business with this company and pass this fraudulent activity along to all!!- ***********, ****************

  Green RX hit the vinyl fence post putting 1.5 foot black marks and cuts on it. They admitted they hit the fence post but refuse to pay for it. They also mowed a green giant tree on a separate lot they are not supposed to be cutting at all.

  I have called you several times and spoke to your representative regarding discontinuing service, which was never made. Again, I had asked for one time service last year and u have been billing me , which I used to pay hoping that would be the last time, you have been sending billing statements for services not provided ..WE have cameras all over the yard, front, back and sides and never we have seen you guys.. So, this time, I have decided not to pay any of you bills. Recommend not to use this service anytime in future.
