The Standard **************** came to clear my driveway on 1/14/25 with three guys with shovels and a small snow blower. I was expecting a snow plow on a truck. They worked for about an hour and a half and removed some of the loose snow, but still had packed snow on over 2/3rds of the driveway. They also left around 4+ feet of driveway uncleared along the one edge of the driveway for about 1/3rd of the length of the driveway. I have to back over this uncleared area when backing out of my garage. They charged me over $100 to spread a small amount of salt or **************** on the driveway and steps. The steps to my front door were clear of all snow/ice when they arrived. Using their snow blower they blew snow onto the steps. A worker spread salt onto the snow they blew on my steps. I had to ask the worker to clear my steps of that snow. After he did, he spread salt again.I'm extremely dissatisfied with the job they did and would not recommend them for snow removal and especially salt applications because of their exorbitant price for salt. I asked them to take me off their list of snow removal customers, as I will not use them again. On 1/17/25 a manager at the company called to inquire about their service as a result of the email I sent them advising that I had paid them and my complaints about their service. I told him everything thats described above.

Thank you for your comment sir. ** are sorry to hear about your negative experience. As we had discussed on the phone, it seems that our team came to your property four days after we provided a quote and after at least two other providers cancelled on you. Additionally you had mentioned you had driven on the snow several times along with a utility vehicle. As you can imaging this would compact things. Our team spent extra time to dig you out. The cost of salt includes delivery and application. Unfortunately with a large snow and delay in obtaining our services, getting your driveway completely clear would be expectedly challenging.
