      Wow. Brown and crouprn and brown and brown pretend like they are advocates for people being abused in nursing homes!! Well, my husband is and Im taking all steps to get him moved. Really thot these attorneys might care. Nope!!! They r horrible horrible people taking advantage of people at wits end!! They wouldnt take ******* cuz no signs of physical abuse!! Yep. Would luv some compensation but would luv to have them shut down even more!!! Leeches! Scum bags!!!

      Brown & Crouppen has not evaluated ******************** Home claim. Below is a timeline of our interaction with **************************************** submitted a contact form on our website.
      1/2/2025: Intake team attempted call, sent email, sent text.
      1/2/2025: *** ****** replied STOP to text communication.
      1/3/2025: Intake team called and spoke to *** ****** who indicated she no longer wanted to pursue. Intake team sent decline letter via email.
      5/10/2025: *** ****** left a voicemail.
      5/13/2025: Intake team attempted call, leaving a voicemail.
      5/11/2025: B&C received consumer complaint notification from BBB.

      While we have not evaluated the merits of this claim, we are happy to speak to *** ****** if she decides to seek our opinion. Our goal is to help every single person who calls our firm. Ideally, that help would come in the form of legal representation.However, sometimes we recognize that we're either not the ideal firm for the situation or we don't think a lawyer will make a difference because there simply arent opportunities for recovery, even though the person has been wronged.

      I have used Brown and Crouppen Law Firm for a previous accident, and they took care of me. I have contacted them after being hit again. There was three insurances involved. I am physically hurt. They took my case originally, but after a few months I wasn&#**;t able to get a response from them. The lawyer, *****, first stated I fired her, but she later said she withdrew. They later said they are not taking my case. She sent me a letter stating that. I have all the documentation on file. I am not able to get another law firm to take my case. I am not sure what they put in my file that none of them will take my case. I want them to contact me and tell me what the problem is.

However, in general, this firm has no knowledge of the intake criteria of other attorneys or law firms.  Our firm reviews each case with an analysis that focuses on the elements necessary to successfully pursue a claim in consideration of the law and the facts at issue.  As a case develops, our analysis continues.  At any time during our representation of a client, we may decide that we are unable to continue our representation.  Our decision to withdraw our representation is not intended to influence another lawyers independent decision to represent one of our former clients.
