    James took the money and ran. Very disappointing. My wife hired him for a case about 6 months ago. She was told she didn't have to appear at her upcoming court date and that she would hear from him. Later we received a letter that James had withdrawn from the case. Needless to say we were confused. After digging a bit we found lots of documentation supporting us being entitled to a refund in this situation, but James refused. Instead he blamed my wife stating he made all of these attempts to contact her by phone, email, even letter. Interestingly enough, there seems to be no evidence of any of this contact. No calls registered, no email other than the payment receipt, and no missed calls, or voicemails. We definitely regret hiring James and hope nobody else makes the same mistake.

    I left multiple voicemails, sent emails, and mailed two paper letters to your wife, asking her to contact my office to discuss her case. The letter dated 6/20/23 stated that I was going to have to withdraw my representation of her because she had disappeared, and informed her that if she still wanted me to represent her, it was imperative that she contact my office. She never returned any of those communications. In the meantime, I had to continue the case on the Courts docket, month after month, because I couldnt reach her. You say theres no evidence that I attempted to contact your wife. Of course there is. I have phone logs, saved emails, and copies of letters. And you admit having received the last letter.Finally, even if she had miraculously not received any of these communications across three different mediums, why wouldnt she take it upon herself to reach out to her attorney after allegedly not hearing from him for six months? Your story makes no sense, because youre misrepresenting what happened.You also gave Strange Donuts a bad review because they didnt have vegan donuts. So, youre that guy.

    When I received my first notice that I was being sued for a credit card debt, I was nervous and not sure how to handle it. Called *** and he explained everything to me, put my mind at ease. Everything worked out my case was dismissed. Since then he has handled several cases for me. I would recommend his services to anyone. Dont hesitate to call him.

    I received a notice I was getting sued for an old credit card debt so I hired him based on 1 phone conversation he said he could take care of it . He settled the debt and the credit card company will be removing the debt from my credit report. I am more than thankful for his help in this matter!
