    I hired them as my personal injury attorneys in January 2022 my personal injury case has settled in the process I needed to file bankruptcy this year in June. My medical debt that resulted from my accident was included in my bankruptcy. They are currently not releasing my settlement money to me. I have been fighting and going back-and-forth with this company for weeks now, and I am unable to get any sort of resolution. I have a settlement that due to me. I also have a discharge sent over a copy of my petition and discharge showing the medical bills being discharged. My case was not handled in a timely fashion, if it had been handled in a timely fashion, my medical bills and settlement would have happened a long time ago, but unfortunately, due to circumstance, I had to file for bankruptcy Now, I have to fight with these attorneys in order for them to release my settlement. They are a group of fraud possible scammers. I was referred to a litigation attorney its sad that I will have to hire an attorney to sue them

    My Accident was in April 2023, i recieved the release in Oct 10, 2023 from the insurance company and a Docusign from Kanner & Pintaluga stating my charges and my check will be released after 2 weeks from Oct 10. It is now Dec 9 and they are giving me the run around for my significantly low settlement check. They are doing everything possible not to provide me my check, Read their reviews, they are holding dozens of customers settlement, If they do not release my check i will be suing them with all the others who are complaining,
