    The workers do not know what theyre doing and have an attitude while being wrong. Mr **** ID hasnt come in the mail and I was told directly from representatives at MO **** of revenue that I need to back to the dmv to get a replacement ordered because it is past the timeframe in which it would have been returned to them, but the incompetent lady working refused to hear it and told me I have to come back after the paper ID expires in 3 days. She was just lazy and didnt want to do her job so she wanted to kick people out of line. Completely wasting the hour I spent in line at that point and forces me to take more time off of work. Go somewhere else.
