    DO NOT EVER USE **** They lost our passport. I would have thought that given it has a tracking number that it would just be delayed. ****. They completely lost the passport. They are a franchise and completely incompetent. ******* they are a franchise there is no actual communication within the organization and you can only deal with the store you shipped from. This is a huge problem given the store cannot see anything more than what the customer can see. Calling other numbers gets you more info as to when it was last seen or if it was scanned or if it was the truck that was scanned instead. A shipping number at *** means nothing when they can just scan the truck and not the actual item. They have no idea what city the passport was even lost in. Basically every step of the way things just sat until i called and pushed things through. The store had no idea what was needed to do to make things move forward. Time is critical for us and sitting on this for a month was not going to work. Complete nightmare! Then when it is time for *** to pay the claim for the lost passport they say that the max they can pay out is $100. That doesn't even cover the cost of shipping new documents to get a new emergency passport. So frustrated and want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Use a different carrier, NOT ****
