      I was looking to acquire stoves/refrigerator for my rentals, the gentleman.....scratch that......"mean/rude/unprofession man" told me, in not a nice tone, to call the page store., I asked could I be transferred or given a telephone # and he said "GOOGLE IT"....this was the exchange I received after holding on the telephone while he finsh a loud conversation w/someone before acknowledging my phone call.
      The store on Page had what I wanted and told me if the delivery location was within 25 mi of their store the units could be delivered. I gave him a zip code and in a not-so-pleasant tone, he told me to go to mapquest. Out of nowhere, I said "******"
      I wonder if the owner of the franchise is crude, rude and inept like their reps or was this my lucky day to deal w/rude fools. I've never, at 73 yrs told someone "FU" but I did today, u live and learn and cuss. Now, I'm ashamed at how I responded but it just CAME OUT!!!!

      Horrible customer service, the leasing company I rent with purchased a fridge with them that was broken. I waited for them to come look at it just for them to tell me they dont have any tools when they came. I called the office on ******************************************* which is the location they purchased it from and the man who answered was so rude, over talking me and hung up on me.
