    I have been waiting on parts and then they destroyed my washing machine. When I told them about it, he called me all kinds of bad words. His secretary didn&#**;t hang up the phone and I heard the entire conversation. I don&#**;t ever want to see them again.

    My refrigerator stopped working on 6/17. Put a work order in with my property mgmt ** and **** with repair king came out 6/19. Diagnosed the problem and said he would most likely be able to he to fixed the filling Monday or Tuesday (June 24/25) by Tues 6/18 I hadnt heard back and reached out - ***** the girl who answers the phones knew nothing. I called my mgmt ** and learned that **** never requested approval for the work done. He finally submitted the request Friday 6/28 and said he would be back out mon. Monday afternoon 7/1 I hadnt heard from him and called again- ***** informed me ge through his back out over the weekend and he would ah e to reschedule. He finally reschedules for Wed 7/3 then on Wed 7/3 learn that he again did not follow proper procedures with the mgmt ** so work would not be **mpleted. No **ntact from repair king at all. I reached out on Monday 7/8 afternoon and ***** again knew nothing. I was then scheduled for wed 7/10 11-3. 3pm I call ***** again- she says no, Im scheduled for the following Wed 7/17 bc she didnt like me ending the call abruptly on Monday bc I am tired of their abymissal service and said fine to the date she offered. **** refuses to **mmunicate. I have no been without a working refrigerator for 3+ weeks and ***** and **** refuse to **mmunicate or do the work properly and in a timely manner. ***** and **** have both been very rude disrespectful and argumentative. I just want my fridge working again.
