    There are a few reasons that I think Haberberger is being unreasonable on their invoice.On the invoice, they have stated that on 2/22, they spent 2.5 hours checking the problem and went to Sarku for the cause, this shouldn't be our expense.The mall has never informed us about replacing our portion of the waste line and has never told us about ************ and their rate.The first invoice took them 9.5 hours including investigation, picking up materials, and the actual replacement was 23 hours, so the total was **** hours. There is no way they had to spend 7 days and **** working hours to fix the water line.This wasn't enough, 2 months later, they came back for the same problems and replaced more water lines, so this leads us to believe that they didn't replace anything in the beginning. Why would you have to come back again for the same problem and that means they didn't fix the problem or replacing any pipes in the beginning. They had to spend 11 hours to replace whatever they said they did.They said we paid $3000 doesn't cover the material cost and labor, all the materials they had to pay for was $967.73, and there was $2000 left for labor cost. We have been with the mall for over 17 years and have never seen any plumber or union plumber charge this outrageous rate. We also don't believe that this small job would have cost them over **** hours to finish.Also, Call 1 was a lie, ****** doesn't even know who Haberberger was, and he doesn't even have their phone number. We didn't even know there was a leaking problem until we received the first invoice. This floor drain is only for ice machine water line, and it is so deep that it cannot be reached. Call 2 was from mall manager **** stating our cast iron needs to be replaced without informing ********. We have the right to know what is going on and what needs to be replaced and how much it would cost beforehand, not afterwards. We pay rent on time every month, we deserve the least respect.
