    I found a car wash online priced at $149. After calling, they said due to glass and tornado debris in my car, an extra $75 would apply. My appointment was postponed from Tuesday to Wednesday because of weather.On Wednesday, he said my car needed full detailing and raised the charge to $450, insisting on cash. He promised it would look like brand new. After cleaning, I pointed out stains on seats, dust on armrests, grime on door handles, and pet hair still there. The worker said they could only re-clean seats once.Before agreeing, I said $450 seemed excessive. They claimed others charge $600$1,000, but my research shows $350 is reasonable for a 2012 VW Golf unless deep cleaning like seat removal is done.After paying and inspecting again, I found sticky cleaning residue on surfaces; broken glass in the rear door bottle holder; uncleaned gap between seatback and headrest; dust on door handles, steering wheel, window controls, shift console, and cup holders; pet hair on seats; a gray residue line on the windshields bottom edge causing dangerous glare at night; trash behind the folded rear seat; stains and dirt on back seats and floor mats.When I asked for a receipt, I was given only a phone screenshot. The service differed from the $149 package, with no breakdown of extra charges.After a tornado emergency, this added stress. I feel misled, overcharged, and disappointed by poor service and lack of payment transparency.
