    I would like a full refund as the room I reserved was dirty there was lots of dust and we had to sleep with no sheets and blankets because they were out, so my children and I were cold so we slept in our car, the next morning we couldnt even shower because they also ran out of towels which was unsatisfying as we were visiting the state of ******** MO for a funeral, our experience was horrible and I want a full refund of my money immediately thank you.

    I went through our system to find ************************* reservation but could not find that name. Before we address the issue i need the confirmation number from the guest or the room number he/she stayed in and date of checkin and checkout. Once the reservation is located we can address the issue. Please provided that information to us as soon as possible.
